1. Who We Are

Arabic Clipping ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at arabicclipping.com. We provide clipping services for Arabic-language content creators and sell digital educational products.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data when you visit our website:

• Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, country, device type, and interactions (such as button clicks) via Google Analytics 4. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Film viewing statistics: on pages that show our film we record which seconds of it were played and whether the sound was on. We also record the kind of device and system (for example an Android phone), the country, the site you came from, and whether you went on to the application form or, on the clipper start page, to our community. This is kept on our own servers under a random number that lasts for one visit. We do not store your IP address or anything that names you.
• Site statistics: on our own servers we record which pages a visit opened, how long each was read and how far it was scrolled. We also record steps such as opening the application form, the kind of device, the country, and the site or campaign you came from. This is kept under a random number that lasts for one visit. We do not store your IP address. If you start or send an application, we note which visit it came from, so we can see which page and source led to it.
• Application form data: if you submit a partnership application, we collect your name, work email, company/brand name, WhatsApp number, social and website links, and details about your content and business (such as content type and volume, goals, and revenue and budget ranges). This is stored in our own database and sent to our team by email.
• Unfinished applications: if you enter a work email on the application form, we save your answers each time you move to the next step. That lets us follow up if you stop before the end. If you use a personal address such as Gmail or Outlook, nothing is saved until you submit. An unfinished application that is never submitted is deleted after 180 days.
• Payment data: if you purchase a product, payments are processed by Whop or Gumroad. We do not store your credit card details. Their respective privacy policies apply to payment data.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the site. These cookies are used for analytical purposes only. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using this website, you consent to the use of these cookies.

Our own film and site statistics set no cookies. Each keeps two small items in your browser’s own storage. One is a random number for the visit, which goes when you close the tab. The other is the date of your last visit, used only to tell a first visit from a return. On the clipper start page, two more items remember that you watched the video to the end and how far you had got, so you do not have to start again.

• AI services (Anthropic, DeepSeek): we may use an AI service to help us sort applications. It is sent your answers, your company name and the domain of your email address. It may also look up what is public about your company or product on the web. It is not sent your name, your email address or your phone number, and a person makes every decision.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Film viewing statistics carry nothing that identifies you and are kept for as long as the film is in use. Site statistics are kept without a time limit; on their own they carry nothing that identifies you. Application form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to process your application. Unfinished applications are deleted after 180 days. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.
