Three campaigns.36.2million qualified views.

Ali Alhamed, a UAE-based educator in Sharia-compliant investing, already had a strong content library and a team behind it. He wanted his content to reach beyond his own channels. We ran three clipping campaigns: first testing his existing material, then sharing successful editing approaches, and finally using the results to guide 30 new recordings.

The figures in this case study are rounded, as our team reported them on 12 September 2026 for three campaigns. Since then his campaigns have passed 50 million qualified views. Views were tracked for 30 days after each video was submitted for review. Budgets exclude agency fees.

Before the first campaign

Strong content. Room for wider distribution.

Ali had years of YouTube videos and podcast episodes, a content team, a growth operator, established offers, and a recurring webinar. Our role was to organize wider distribution of that material through dedicated clipping pages.

Clippers edit content into short videos and publish them through their own pages. Our team plans the campaign, briefs the network, reviews submissions, and tracks performance.

At the start, Ali was testing several agencies. After the first campaign, he chose to continue his clipping work with us.

Campaigns 2 and 3 each had $6,000 in clipper funding. For campaign 3, Ali recorded 30 new short videos on topics identified through the earlier campaigns. Qualified views rose from 14.3M to 16.7M, while submissions rose from 7,009 to 18,391.

The comparison shows the results recorded under each approach. It does not isolate the effect of the new recordings.

Managing submissions

27,397 submissions to manage.

Each mark represents one submission across the three campaigns. A clipper may submit more than one video, and not every submission is approved.

Reviewing submissions means checking the content against the brief, checking page requirements and required links, and flagging suspicious engagement. The purpose is to manage what qualifies for the campaign while giving clippers guidance they can act on.

Result1,997 submissions · 5.2M qualified · 6.3M total tracked

We began with Ali’s existing YouTube videos and podcast episodes. Our team wrote the campaign guidelines, defined the page requirements, and gave clippers access to the material. Clippers prepared dedicated pages and started selecting moments to edit and publish.

The first week was slower than Ali expected. We had not explained the setup period clearly enough. Activity began picking up in the second week, and the campaign finished with 1,997 submissions and 5.2M qualified views.

We then reviewed which topics, opening hooks, and editing approaches stood out. Those findings shaped the next campaign.

Sharing successful approaches

After the first campaign, Ali continued his clipping work with us and increased the clipper budget from $3,000 to $6,000. The starting reward rate remained $0.75 per thousand views, subject to the campaign’s payout rules.

We made an editing tutorial from the approaches that had worked in campaign 1 and shared it with the network. This gave clippers practical examples to use while our team continued reviewing submissions and reporting weekly.

Campaign 2 recorded 7,009 submissions and 14.3M qualified views—2.75× the first campaign’s qualified views. Funding, guidance, and campaign duration all changed; the results do not isolate their individual effects.

Recording for the next campaign

Result18,391 submissions · 16.7M qualified · 35M total tracked

For the third campaign, clipper funding stayed at $6,000. We used the earlier findings to ask Ali for 30 short recordings on selected topics. He supplied the raw files before publishing them on his own channels.

Editors now had material recorded specifically for short-form distribution. The campaign recorded 18,391 submissions, 16.7M qualified views, and 35M total tracked views.

Ali’s existing library had supported the first campaigns. His willingness to record new material gave the third campaign another approach to test.

Notes on the numbers

How these results were measured

Qualified views

Views recorded on content approved under the campaign rules, including growth beyond a video’s payout cap. Not every additional view creates another reward.

Total tracked views

Includes qualified views and may also include views on content not eligible for rewards. The two totals should not be added together.

Submissions

Videos submitted for review. Not all were approved, and a clipper may submit more than one video.

Tracking window

Each video was tracked for 30 days after submission for review. Later view growth is outside these figures.

Clipper reward budget

Clipper funding, excluding agency fees. This is not the client’s complete investment or necessarily the net payout after platform fees.

Measurement and page ownership

Views are cumulative and do not establish unique audience size or attributable sales. Campaign pages are operated by independent clippers; this engagement did not transfer their ownership to the client.
