01 / THE REGIONAL TEST

A proven approach abroad. A new question here.

Call of Duty was already investing in English-language clipping, with campaigns built around its reveal trailer and From the Ward series.

The regional team was still hesitant. The model needed to prove itself with Arabic audiences, alongside the other channels supporting the launch.

The brief: amplify the launch content, build anticipation among Arabic-speaking players, and reach Gulf audiences. Our pilot put that ambition to the test.

02 / DISTRIBUTION AT SCALE

38,015 submissions. An operation behind every number.

We distributed multiple assets, each with its own narrative. Creators had different angles to explore, while our team kept the network briefed, supported and moving throughout the campaign.

Review and adapt

Ongoing feedback, creator guidance and performance review.

Verify the audience

An additional manual check against the GCC requirement.

Six clips from the Arabic pilot.

The same game from different angles: stills, desk setups and gameplay. Open any clip to watch it on Instagram.

03 / AUDIENCE ASSURANCE

Reach was only part of the brief.

GCC verification · Additional cost

For a video to qualify, at least 30% of its views had to come from GCC markets. Our team manually reviewed creator-provided analytics recordings alongside the content guidelines.

This geographic audience guarantee is an additional-cost service. It adds a dedicated verification layer to campaign management, with the requirement and scope agreed before launch.

For this campaign, a high view count did not automatically qualify a video. It also had to meet the agreed audience requirement.

04 / ACTIVE MANAGEMENT

Launch was the beginning of the work.

We continued reviewing performance and adjusting the campaign. When one asset failed to resonate, we withdrew it rather than continuing to push the same material.

Creator bonuses helped maintain participation. Tips in the community and occasional livestreams kept creators supported and engaged. The campaign required continuous attention: reviewing, responding and keeping the network active.

We checked that paid creators fulfilled the requested trailer repost. This increase was observed during the campaign; the campaign’s isolated contribution was not measured.

06 / FROM PILOT TO ONGOING WORK

The next brief crossed borders.

The strongest outcome came after the Arabic pilot: the team expanded our remit. We now also run their French- and German-language clipping campaigns. Together, the campaigns have passed 50 million qualified views.

Clipping is becoming a staple of our ongoing work with the team: a repeatable distribution channel they can return to across markets, rather than a one-off launch experiment. The move into two more languages is the clearest expression of that confidence.

THE EARLY OPPORTUNITY

Build your presence while others are still watching.

The Arab market is still early in adopting clipping at this scale. Brands that move now can build creator relationships, learn what resonates and establish a presence before the channel becomes crowded.

Call of Duty’s regional team started with hesitation. Today, our work spans three languages. Your next campaign could be the start of your own distribution network.
