What Is Content Rewards? How It Works With Whop and Agencies

Content Rewards is a platform where brands fund clipping and UGC campaigns and pay creators by views. What it does, what Whop does and what an agency adds.

This guide is for marketing leads and founders who came across Content Rewards while planning an Arabic campaign. It covers:

  • what Content Rewards is, and how it differs from Whop
  • how a campaign works for the side that pays, and for the clippers who post
  • what the platform leaves to you or to an agency
  • how Arabic campaigns run on it

It does not cover what Content Rewards or Whop charge, or what a clipper can earn.

We run our own campaigns on Content Rewards. What we say about the two companies comes from their public pages, read on 10 October 2026.

What is Content Rewards?

Content Rewards is where brands pay creators for the views their content earns. That is how its own site puts it. Its Organization Terms call it a marketplace for short-video clipping and UGC, run by Content Rewards Inc.

Clipping means independent editors, called clippers, cut your long videos into short clips and post them on their own social accounts. UGC means user-generated content: new videos that creators film about your product. Our guide to Arabic clipping explains the first in full.

The site also lists flat per-post and retainer campaigns. This guide stays with pay-per-view, the kind we run.

Is Content Rewards the same as Whop?

No, they are two companies. The Content Rewards terms call Whop "a separate company whose platform CR uses for payment processing and money movement".

Whop presents itself as a storefront, an ads manager, a checkout and a wallet in one place (whop.com). Businesses use it to sell courses, run paid communities and take payments (Whop Docs).

The first two columns follow the split written into the Content Rewards terms.

The name has a second meaning. In Whop's documentation, Content Rewards can also mean rewards for members of a Whop community who finish a course or post in its forum. That is not a clipping campaign.

And Content Rewards is built on top of Whop. You sign in with a Whop account and the money moves through Whop, which is why people often use the two names for one thing. You can open it at contentrewards.com or from inside Whop, and it is the same app.

Our glossary has short entries for Content Rewards and Whop.

How does a campaign work if you are paying?

These steps come from the Content Rewards terms and Whop's documentation.

  1. You fund a budget. It is paid in before the campaign goes live.
  2. You write the requirements. These are the rules a video must follow before you approve it and pay for it. They must sit in the campaign's own fields on the platform. Rules sent only by chat or email cannot be enforced against creators.
  3. You set a rate per 1,000 views. Whop's documentation calls it the reward rate. You may know it as CPM, the cost per 1,000 views.
  4. You can set a minimum and a maximum per video. The minimum is what a clip must earn before it is paid. The maximum, or payout cap, stops one video from using the whole budget.
  5. Your moderators review each submission. The terms put it bluntly: "There is no automatic approval." A submission stays pending until it is reviewed.

Each submission also carries a fraud-risk score, which your moderators see when they review. A high score can flag a submission and pause its payout, but a person makes the decision.

How does it work for the clippers who post?

The Creator Terms set out the steps for clippers and UGC creators.

  1. They join a campaign. The platform is for people aged 18 or over.
  2. They link their social accounts. The link lets Content Rewards confirm who owns a post and read its view data. It is read-only, and Content Rewards does not post for them.
  3. They post on their own accounts. Then they submit the public link to the post.
  4. The brand reviews what they submit. It, or the agency acting for it, approves or rejects each submission.
  5. They are paid by the views on approved videos. In a pay-per-view campaign, the rate applies to every 1,000 verified views. Content Rewards checks the views and credits the creator's balance, and the creator withdraws through Whop.

Nothing in those steps fixes what a clipper earns. Pay depends on the campaign rate, on approval and on the views a video actually gets.

What does Content Rewards not do?

Content Rewards is a tool, not an agency. Its homepage says it tracks the views, calculates rewards and pays creators. It does not write your brief, and it does not approve clips for you.

Four jobs stay with whoever runs the campaign:

  • writing the brief and the requirements
  • answering clippers' questions while the campaign is live
  • approving or rejecting each submission, and acting on fraud flags
  • reporting spend, submissions and views

You can do these in-house, or hand them to an agency. The terms count "any agency acting for a brand" as an organization.

That is where we fit. In our Arabic clipping campaigns, our team writes the brief and supports the clippers in our community. We review submissions against the brief, check for suspicious engagement and send you a weekly report.

Example: our Arabic pilot for Call of Duty received 38,015 submissions between 5 June and 26 August 2026. The case study names what that took: reviewing, responding and keeping the network active.

How do Arabic campaigns run on Content Rewards?

An Arabic campaign needs two things no setting provides: clippers who speak Arabic, and reviewers who can check an Arabic clip against the brief.

Our clippers gather in a community on Whop. By community size, Arabic Clipping is the biggest Arabic clipping agency on Whop and Content Rewards: our Whop community had 90,000+ members in October 2026. Members are not all active at once, so your campaign is posted by the clippers who choose to join it.

When we open a campaign, it appears to that network on Content Rewards. In the community we explain the brief, answer questions and share editing examples.

Which views show up in your report?

Our weekly report carries two numbers.

Qualified views are views on clips we approved, taken from Content Rewards reporting. They keep counting after a clip reaches its payout cap, so not every qualified view was paid for.

Total views are the wider count recorded for the campaign. They already include qualified views, so never add the two together.

Both numbers count views, not people, and neither proves installs or sales.

What do people ask about Content Rewards?

Can a brand run a campaign without an agency?

Yes. The Content Rewards homepage is addressed to businesses that launch their own campaigns. You then own the four jobs listed above, and for Arabic clips your reviewer has to understand Arabic.

What does Content Rewards cost?

Its fees and minimum budgets are set out on its site and in its terms. We do not repeat them here, because they can change. We do not publish our own prices either.

Is Content Rewards available in Arabic?

The public site and the terms we read were in English. Our community on Whop runs in Arabic, and that is where our campaign rules and updates are posted.

Will a campaign reach a set number of views?

Content Rewards does not promise one. Its terms say the platform comes "as is", with no assurance of campaign performance or view counts. We do not promise a view count or a date either.

What should you do next?

Bottom line: Content Rewards handles submissions, view checks and view-based pay, and Whop handles sign-in and money. The brief, the review and the reporting stay with you or with an agency.

If you came here to clip, not to run a campaign, our community on Whop is where our campaigns and their rules are posted.
