App marketing for Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Arabic Clipping markets consumer apps to Arabic-speaking audiences through short video, using two services. In high-volume UGC, selected creators post daily videos about your app. In clipping, clippers from our network cut your existing long-form content into short clips. In both, the people who post are paid per 1,000 views on approved videos.

Which apps is this for?

Consumer apps that already earn revenue

You have subscribers or paying users. Your own numbers can show whether attention is turning into users.

Apps entering the Arabic market

Your app already works in other markets. Now you want people in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to see it explained in their own language.

Apps with Arabic content already published

If your team records podcasts, streams or launch videos in Arabic, that content can be clipped. If not, UGC creators make the videos from scratch.

How we work with an app

  1. 01

You apply and describe the app

Tell us what the app does, who pays for it and which market you want. We read every application.

  2. 02

We choose the service with you

If you have no Arabic long-form content, we start with high-volume UGC. If you have a strong Arabic library or launch content, clipping is the closer fit.

  3. 03

We prepare the people and the formats

For UGC, we recruit and train a selected group of creators and set the formats. For clipping, we write the brief and open the campaign to our network.

  4. 04

    Videos go out every day

Creators and clippers post on short-video platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. We review submissions against the brief, and only approved videos are paid.

  5. 05

You share growth numbers, and we adjust

Each week we report the videos posted and their views. You share your download and subscription trends, and we change the formats based on both.

Call of Duty: 50 million+ qualified views across its campaigns

Call of Duty is a game, not a mobile app, but the job was the same: get a consumer launch seen by Arabic speakers. The Arabic pilot recorded 22.6 million qualified views on TikTok and Instagram between June 5 and August 26, 2026. The team then extended the work to French and German, and together the campaigns have passed 50 million qualified views.

When this is not the right fit

  • You need a number of downloads or sales agreed in advance. We measure views and work from the growth numbers you share, and we do not attribute revenue to a campaign.

  • Your product is narrow B2B software sold to companies, not a consumer app.

  • You are looking for paid ads management or app store optimization. Our work is short video posted organically.

Questions

How do you market an app in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

With short video in Arabic. Either selected creators post daily videos that show the app in use, or clippers cut your existing content into short clips. In both cases the people who post are paid per view, and we manage the brief, the review and the reporting.

Should my app use UGC or clipping?

Start from what you have. Clipping needs existing long-form content in Arabic, such as a podcast, a show or launch videos. If you have none, creators make new videos about the app. For consumer apps that already earn revenue, UGC is where we usually start.

Will this increase my app downloads?

We do not promise downloads, installs or revenue. A campaign puts your app in front of viewers, and views alone do not prove a new user. You share your download and subscription trends, and we use them to judge which formats are worth keeping.

How do you measure results for an app?

Our reports show qualified views, which are views on approved videos, and total views. We do not report views by country or unique reach, because we cannot measure them reliably. Downloads and subscriptions come from your own analytics.

How much does app marketing with UGC cost?

We do not publish prices. Creators are paid per 1,000 views from a campaign budget that you fund. Apply, and we discuss budget with you once we understand the app.

Have you worked with apps before?

Yes. Our first client was Tarteel, the Quran app, and views across its campaigns have passed 200 million. That number counts views, not downloads.

Which platforms do you post on?

UGC campaigns usually start on TikTok and Instagram. Clipping campaigns also run on YouTube Shorts.
